Pawsome Prints is a small, home-based South African creative business offering digital artwork, printable designs, handmade creations and little things made with love.

By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Products

Pawsome Prints offers digital downloads and, where advertised, physical handmade products.

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Please read each product description carefully before placing an order.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing equipment.

2. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

No physical item will be shipped.
Download links are provided through our Shopstar platform.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable software and equipment to use their purchased files.
Please check the product description for file formats, dimensions and other specifications.
If you experience difficulties accessing your purchased files, please contact us for assistance.

3. Commercial Use of Digital Artwork

Unless otherwise stated, our digital clipart collections include a commercial-use licence.

Customers may use the artwork for personal projects and to create finished physical products for sale.

Customers may not:

Resell, redistribute, share or give away the original digital artwork files.
Include the original artwork in downloadable design bundles or clipart collections.
Claim the original illustrations as their own creation.
Transfer or sublicense the original artwork files to others.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or copyright.

Any additional permissions or restrictions specified in an individual product listing also apply.

Permitted Commercial Use

Customers may use the purchased artwork for personal projects and to create finished physical products for sale, including:

Sublimation and DTF printing
T-shirts, clothing and accessories
Mugs, tumblers and drinkware
Stickers and stationery
Personalised gifts and decorations
Other finished handmade or printed physical products

Customers may resize, arrange and combine the artwork with other design elements in their finished physical products.

The original digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, repackaged or offered as digital downloads.

Purchasing a collection grants a licence to use the artwork within these terms. Copyright and ownership are not transferred.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise indicated.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods provided by Shopstar.

Product prices may change, but changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.

Any applicable shipping costs and additional charges will be shown before checkout.

5. Physical and Handmade Products

Where physical products are offered, availability, production times and delivery arrangements will be explained in the relevant product listing or at checkout.

Some items are one-of-a-kind, while others may be handmade to order.

Small variations are a natural part of handmade products and contribute to their individual character.

6. Orders and Cancellations

Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund.

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for information about digital products, physical items, damaged products and cancellations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes rights that customers have under applicable South African law.

8. Intellectual Property

Our branding, product photographs, designs, text and other original creative content may not be copied, redistributed or commercially exploited without the appropriate permission.

Digital artwork may only be used within the permissions granted by the applicable product licence.

9. Responsibility and Customer Support

We aim to provide accurate information, reliable products and friendly customer service.

If you experience a problem with an order, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Changes will be published on our shop page. Orders already placed remain subject to the terms applicable when the order was accepted, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
